Facility Technician Training
 

This course is taught over Two Sessions in Your Facility by our instructor. This course is intended for Building Operators, HVAC Technicians, Electronic Control Specialists, Managers and Supervisors.

Commissioning Concepts

James Bochat, President of Commissioning Concepts, has been involved in the Arizona Contracting industry for over thirty years. He has owned both large and small mechanical construction companies, having recently sold Pro Mechanical Services, Inc. where he was the NEBB Certified Commissioning Manager and commissioned buildings throughout the State of Arizona.

He is a former President of NEBB, former Chairman of the NEBB Commissioning Committee. He currently serves as a committee member of several ASHRAE commissioning committees. He is the main instructor for NEBB’s Commissioning Program and has taught the program throughout the United States and in Australia since the mid 1990's. He has spoken at venues such at the 2005 PECI Annual Meeting in NYC, NEBB Annual Meetings, Southwest Plant Engineering Shows, IRC and IFMA. He is LEED-AP certified and has performed commissioning on a LEED Platinum faciltiy, the highest LEED rating. Commissioning Concepts is a NEBB Certified T&B and Commissioning firm.
